Palladio Homes built us a beautiful home. The very first Villa Saraceno, one of the biggest models. We checked out many other home builders and they treated us like just another number and some had a bad attitude. Katja and Giro were nice to us throughout the build and that is what sold us from the beginning. We watched every day of the build and this house is first class quality. Looking to build my mom the Godi Model and this is the only homebuilder I would use for her!! BTW my house is in the pamphlets and everyone who sees it is awestruck on how beautiful it is!!!!

I purchased a Palladio home and have to say it has been a great experience. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of anxiety because this was my biggest purchase and Palladio helped ease my stress by communicating and assisting with the lender to make sure everything was moving along. The home is built very well and beautiful. Its a great value for the money, I looked around at other builders and Palladio Homes offers much more included features. I’m very happy with them and highly recommend their homes.
